Day Twelve

Today, I did get onto the treadmill for 17 minutes. I also made it to the store to buy breakfast for the weekend and dinner for sometime in the immediate future. Lean Cuisines were on sale, so I stocked up on eleven different dinners. Definitely a handy thing to have on hand and the best way to avoid the fast food restaurants. I had a roast beef sandwich for dinner and a Cobb Salad from the pub for dinner. I know they aren't the healthiest choices, but compared to what I really wanted, they were the better options. I also had two Manhattans-night float got to me. The pedometer read 6262 steps.
