My day began with a lazy start. I made an "egg
mcmuffin" for breakfast. Unfortunately, I did not get to eat any lunch. For dinner, I made a
lasagna, not the healthiest choice, and some bread. I also ended up having a Manhattan. I did walk on the treadmill for 21 minutes, did 2 reps of twenty with the
hand weights, and 50 crunches. The pedometer read only 4178 steps.
